  When we came we accidentally left the door open and the guy or whoever he was could have said can you close the door behind u please no he just said it in a rude tone “can you close the door” even when grabbing our mobile order no one said about a “Moses” we asked if it’s just the two bags they even forgot our iced coffee. If your serving someone and ur apart of customer service or even have a job that involves with customers the least u can do is be nice and not have a fat attitude

  I love these bagels so much, but I absolutely hate this location. Every time I order for pick up (well over 30-40 minutes in advance) the order has not even been started! I come back because I like the product, but as someone who has visited many many times, I really think this location needs better management and customer service. Please do better and listen to these concerns, because it is definitely an issue.
