The last 3 times ive gone in to pick up my mobile order the entire place smells like vomit/poop Instead of fixing the problem it seems like their solution is to keep the doors open. Yesterday i had gotten down to get my order and i walked in to the store in the middle of a huddle once again place smelled like vomit and poop and the guy in the front told me he had to remake my order but refused to give me a reason why. They ran out of an item i had requested and instead of informing me before hand they just substituted it with a random item of their choice. The coffee tasted the way their location smelled and i tossed it away.

Actually, I only come here now when they offer extra points because the prices keep going up and up. They are very inconsistent. One time my drink is great and the next time it’s so so(no flavor). Today I had to ask them to add caramel flavor to my drink because it tasted like there was none. They didn’t have a problem doing it but I shouldn’t have to go back in and do it. Their competition across the street is always consistent. I like my drinks extra sweet, but most the time it doesn’t taste like they add extra(which they charge extra money for extra sweet) so I stopped ordering that way. When the drinks are made properly, I like the blended flapjack freeze for coffee. For rebels, I like the peach ring blended rebel. I’ve had the poppy seed and the cranberry muffin tops once before in the past and haven’t had them again. They’re just okay. The staff is always nice but I wish the drinks were more consistent.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
