- NHNick Hamby4 days ago3.0So I come here every so often and my biggest complaint is how inconsistent the drinks are and it’s not just this location. Actually, I only come here now when they offer extra points because the prices keep going up and up. They are very inconsistent. One time my drink is great and the next time it’s so so(no flavor). Today I had to ask them to add caramel flavor to my drink because it tasted like there was none. They didn’t have a problem doing it but I shouldn’t have to go back in and do it. Their competition across the street is always consistent. I like my drinks extra sweet, but most the time it doesn’t taste like they add extra(which they charge extra money for extra sweet) so I stopped ordering that way. When the drinks are made properly, I like the blended flapjack freeze for coffee. For rebels, I like the peach ring blended rebel. I’ve had the poppy seed and the cranberry muffin tops once before in the past and haven’t had them again. They’re just okay. The staff is always nice but I wish the drinks were more consistent.

- ACangelina cardenasOct 20, 20251.0the dutch on palm and herndon in fresno there is this blond girl on October 20th at around 5:25 pm, at the window, i ordered my drink with strawberry soft top and was barley given any and i politely asked if we could have more and she gave me and my friend a weird look and said to a coworker, “they want more soft top” in a sarcastic tone. then she gave us more in a cup separately and we had to pour it ourselves.

I even paid extra for a sauce that wasn’t added to my drink. Especially with how high Dutch’s prices are, the drinks shouldn’t taste flavorless. Really disappointing lately.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
