- DRDamian RMar 4, 20265.0I happen to be a big coffee drinker. For the most part I like to make my own coffee because I tend to think most places are overrated, overpriced, and overly sweet. However, my experience at this Dutch Bros was different. The young lady that helped me (Michelle) was amazing. She provided amazing service and took the time to explain the drink options without making me feel like a 5-year-old. Then when she brought out the coffee, it was perfect. Not overly sweet, strong and the price was spot on. I could tell the entire team was working perfectly and made the experience and atmosphere feel welcoming. My experience with some baristas in other places has not always been the best. This will be my go-to place moving forward.

I figured I could try and make the day a little better and go to get my birthday Dutch drink. I went in to this location and tried (emphasis on tried) to explain to the employee at the register without crying that I was having a bad day, why I was having a bad day, why I was there at their location that day, and that I just wanted a drink that could possibly make my day a little better. They asked me calmly if I had any preference of a drink or flavor while I had tears going down my face. They scanned my app and took my birthday drink reward (or so I thought). The drink did make my day a little better as did the message they wrote on my cup lid (which I kept) but what made it even better is I went back to the same location a few weeks later and checked my app to find I did not get my birthday drink reward used. I don't know if they had pity on me or what but I appreciate that they tolerated a very very sad woman on her worst birthday so far and tried to make her day better in whatever ways they were able to.

What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
