- ERElias RamosDec 16, 20251.0the tall skinny gentlemen with the gummy smile gave hands down the worst type of customer service i’ve ever experienced at a location. he toook our order and rushed us saying “anything else” before we could even finish and was talking to his coworkers super friendly but would turn around and talk to us like we pissed in his oatmeal. then when it came to handing us the drinks he was not even looking at us while hanging them to make sure they don’t fall or anything and doesn’t say not one word to us. on top of that he was talking about a “penjamin” being at work which is a word used to describe a wax pen in tik tok in front of us loud enough to hear. dutch bros has always been a place that has been known for the best type of service and that it not was displayed. it was honestly disgusting behavior and that really leaves a disturbing and a distasteful look for the location. the standards should be set a lot higher than that if you are going to be interacting with customers on the front line.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
