My experience was quick, convenient and yummy!
I see other reviews mentioning some kinks they’re working out- it’s only been opened for a month, that’s to be expected, but I honestly didn’t experience anything reviewers have said- the college kids greeted us and make our order quickly, they even gave good recommendations.
This is an important establishment to support to give college students jobs and coffee!

I've been here twice now during the posted open hours, the open sign is also outside the door. Both times the door is locked and they are closed. Please, post your correct open hours!

8 workers here, I’m assuming all college students. Didn’t even bother to look up from themselves gossiping once we walked in. Once one person noticed as we had to walk up to the counter, they gave us extremely rude attitude asking if we’re done ordering. I had asked a question and got a “no” response with a eye roll about a drink and I had to verify my order with the person at the register because I asked for something specific and she just stated “ya I got it, are you done ordering?”
And proceeded to not get my order right. I wasn’t even able to flag any of those 8 workers down because they were too huddled around each other to notice anyone else trying to order.
If you come here for the food and drinks, no problem. Don’t ask for any substitutions or don’t even ask a question because they’ll only say no. The customer service was more of a “popular girls group in high school” type. And with a total of 8 workers. Only 1 person was in the back making the food while the other 7 were at the front register, on their phones, hiding behind the donut counter.
I would hold off on coming to the Fresno State location until the city either makes a whole separate Dunkin’ Donuts, go to Madera or just miss out on it. It isn’t worth trying for the amount of backlash from the workers. Not a good experience at all. only reason why we went was to try it once. We also came during a not busy time. A Thursday morning at 10am

So grateful Dunkin has finally reached Fresno! As expected, there are some bumps that need to be ironed out still that I don't fault them for that! However, I do think the customer service could use some work. Earlier, my boyfriend and I walked in and the girls at the counter already seemed so put off by us and did not greet us. And as someone who worked food service, I know it sucks when you're having a good conversation with your coworkers and then a customer walks in but it still sucked to just be looked at like we're pests! We asked questions regarding when donuts would be restocked and they all looked at eachother/ignored us.
The cherry on top was them pretty much being out of everything, some donuts, bread, foams, syrups, etc. We were able order some Maple Sugar Bacon strips on the side but those were unfortunately just plain flavored stale/old burnt ends of bacon that the girls may have just given us out of spite, no clue. :(
I also ordered a plain iced latte with vanilla cold foam. They stated they didnt have vanilla only regular cold foam. I was totally OK with that as long as the latte was still plain. But they ended up giving me a very sweet vanilla syrup iced latte instead and begrudgingly put a dollop of cold foam (not even the usual standard amount, literally a dime size) on top.
Super disappointing start to my day with their negative energy and food/drink products but I love Dunkin and hope to see improvemen on my next visit! :)
EDIT: Bumping score down to 1 because we opened our donuts and they are very hard and stale/inedible so this entire purchase felt like a bust!
