My dad tried to order pizza here by phone for delivery and they took his order and asked for the address and room number for the hotel. 45 minutes later, no pizza to be found. I called on his behalf to check on it and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I called and tried again, in which this time they answered and hung up on me. So I called a third time and this time they told me they would send the pizza out and it would be there soon after confirming the address and order. I said okay thank you, I appreciate it. 20 minutes later and still no pizza. So I called to check again, someone else answered this time only to tell me they can’t find an order for that address. They have the name but no address. Apparently it was for pickup and has now been cancelled. Even though my dad specifically said for delivery and they even took the address and confirmed it during a previous call I had with them. So now my dad had nothing to eat. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had a horrible call experience and to top it off, they can’t even communicate to keep track of their orders or provide good service. And not even a single apology for messing up the order because how are you going to tell me you confirmed for delivery and took down his address to later tell me it was for pickup and it was cancelled. Either get some better management, customer service, or employees and learn to do better.
