Was extremely disturbed when a cockroach greeted me at the cash register on the counter… this is definitely something that should be addressed as this is a restaurant and the first priority should be cleanliness. Grill guy was also not wearing a hat as he was on the grill. I’ve never seen anything like it. 😔 disappointed.

When I got to the counter the lady seemed like I was a nuisance to have to check out for my food. I don’t know if it’s the same cost or not but I realized I was charged for a steak salad with extra steak not a chicken salad with added steak once I returned to my work. My office is literally 5 mins away and the food tasted cold and I was super underwhelmed with the food. I am throughly disappointed with my experience at Chipotle and will not be returning to pay 20+ for a salad that wasn’t even good
