- BBBill bDec 21, 20251.0There were two female employees at the front counter one white girl and one Black girl. The Black girl was sweeping, and when I politely asked her to wash her hands before serving my food, both employees reacted rudely and unprofessionally. Serving food right after sweeping without washing hands is unacceptable. I also tried to be polite and asked the white girl, “How was your day?” Her response was, “I am closing, please leave,” which was extremely rude and unnecessary, especially since the store was still open at the time. The younger employee was the worst in terms of attitude. Neither employee was wearing a name badge. This happened on Saturday night around 10:00 PM. One of them repeated at least 10 times that they were closing at 10:30 PM, which was not true and appeared to be said just to rush customers out. There was a Black gentleman working in the back kitchen who seemed professional, but the front counter experience was very poor. This incident occurred on December 20, 2025. I hope management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action regarding hygiene standards, honesty, and customer service.
