Been here multiple times, I live around the corner, I drive out of the way to literally any other chipotle than this specific location and it’s better. Chipotle as whole has fallen off.

We went there last week and the bowls were made very poorly and honestly my daughter was uncomfortable to even ask for ingredients because they seem so irritated while they were making the bowls so we gave them a call and instead of apologizing and trying to make it right we had to ask for a remake and we went in yesterday to get the remake, but Instead of offering the remake all of a sudden there was a timeframe on when we can get the new bowls so we just spent the money and there was a spider in my bowl. It looked just like the lettuce and honestly I’m pissed off. I tried to call to speak to the manager and the assistant manager, who clearly has zero customer service skills hung up on me I wouldn’t waste your time, money or effort at this place. They need to be shut down.

Sure enough when I got back to work to open my bowl I was given the tinest of portion. I ordered steak and was given rarely any. A huge disappointment, especially paying the amount I did. I find that Chipotle likes to raise their prices, but can’t train their employees to give us what their customers deserves/pay for.
