Multiple people were angrily waiting for their to go orders. They said they were really backed up and didn't know how long it would take to make it. I went home and called again in 20 minutes and then they said it would be maybe another hour to an hour and a half. I said that's much too long and asked for my money back. They said hold on I'll get a manager and put me on hold. When they returned to the call they said my food was ready now and to come get it. So I was very confused, but I went and got it anyways. I live at most 5 minutes away. When I got the food home it was all cold and the wings were dried up like they had been sitting there for over an hour. I placed the order at 4:15, it was promised at 4:50, I got it at 5:30 and missed the entire half time show driving to get it at that time. We will not be ordering from them again. 40 dollars of cold food on Super Bowl Sunday is just sad. I didn't even bother calling back as I couldn't get a manager on the phone last time, so what was the point trying. I haven't eaten here since before COVID and I will not be back. Terrible food, terrible service, angry customers waiting all over the entrance. I would give zero stars if I could.
