When I arrived to pick up the cake, they made 2 cakes, I explained my difficulty with ordering online and the employee called the manager for me requesting a refund. The manager refused because it was a “custom cake ordered at different pick up times. And would not be able to resale the cake” If you ever have issues ordering from their website, check your bank account before attempting again because they most likely won’t refund you for it. I used to come here all the time, never again.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
