He failed to wash his hands after handling money, the register, and before handling the ice cream for several customers before me. Due to the lack of proper food handling practices, I wouldn't recommend this ice cream shop to anyone and definitely won't be returning.

Young male employee wearing a pink shirt and related to the owner was showing favoritism towards friends and 4 family members and relatives who came in on Labor Day. Spent over 45 minutes giving his relatives free orders, talking to them over the counter, and ignoring other customers who were coming in. This employee made the female employees serve all the other customers who were entering the business. I requested and paid for 2 scoops but this employee gave me just 1 scoop. Very frustrating! Very unprofessional! Poor work ethics! The 4 family members/friends kept talking to this male employee who is related to the owner of this Baskin Robbins restaurant. The employee kept giving these family members/friends extras that regular customers don't get without charging them. This employee needs to be fired!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
