Had to wait to have order taken because he was assisting drive thru customers. Arby's is great, but they are closing and it shows they are not worried about it. Service was OK, not rude but not friendly either. My husband asked "how are you doing?" 3 times before he got a dull "fine". Restaurant was empty until we were done, then a group of 4 came in. Overall, it was ok.
