- JLJeremie LoyaFeb 13, 20261.0I went into location and ordered a cold brew coffee and waited 10 minutes and just left the location. 5 people working 2 people inside the location and to wait for a simple drink with the amount of employees working is ridiculous. You need to do better.
- SKSteve KeyFeb 2, 20261.0Terrible service. Cashier knew nothing about vegan options, had to ask manager, who also knew nothing but pretended she did, declaring there were no vegan options. When I asked her if she knew all bagels contained dairy and eggs, she admitted that the plain bagels probably did not. So we had flavorless rubbery plain bagels with avocado for nine bucks. Took forever and wasn't worth it.
