  Had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s recently! The atmosphere was fun and energetic, perfect for hanging out and enjoying some games. Big shoutout to managers Randy and Richard for running such a smooth operation—they were professional, attentive, and made sure everything was on point. Our server Lena was fantastic, super friendly and quick to check in on us, which made the whole visit even better. Ashley at the bar also stood out she made excellent drinks and kept the vibe upbeat. The draft beer selection was solid, with plenty of options to choose from, and the lunch deals were definitely worth it good portions at a great price. Overall, great service, great drinks, and a fun place to spend the afternoon. I’ll definitely be back!

  I had a fantastic time at the Dave & Buster's Fresno location! From the moment we walked in, managers Jason and Randy made us feel genuinely welcome with their attentive and friendly service. It's clear they take pride in creating a great guest experience. The food was excellent everything arrived hot, fresh, and flavorful. Whether you're here for the games or the grub, the kitchen definitely delivers quality dishes that exceed typical arcade-food expectations. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. Jason and Randy went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable, checking in regularly and handling everything with professionalism and a smile. Perfect for Group outings, family fun, date nights, or anyone who wants great food with entertainment. Great food + top-tier management = a winning combination. I'll definitely be back!

  Today (4/6) was my and my family's first time at Dave and Buster's, and we had the most amazing experience! We arrived around 10:50 AM, and our server, Angeles, was incredibly polite and helpful with a great attitude! Then, my small daughter ordered a pizza off of the kids' menu that was overcooked for her taste so she didn't want to eat it. I asked the server if my daughter could get another pizza, and she was more than happy to get that resolved for her. I also really appreciated the way the kitchen manager, Abdullah, personally delivered my daughter's pizza and made sure that not only her food, but our food as well, was up to high quality standards. The games were also amazing, and we had a blast!! We will definitely be returning to this location for the fun that we had, and the care that was shown to us from these employees.

  Exceptional Experience! If you’re looking for the ultimate spot in Fresno for food, games, and sports, Dave & Buster’s at River Park is it! I recently visited and was blown away by the atmosphere. Between the massive 40-foot screens in the sports bar—which are perfect for catching a Bulldogs game—and the incredible variety of games in the Midway, there’s never a dull moment. Dave & Buster's Fresno is a perfect destination for families in the River Park area because it combines high-energy entertainment with a dining environment that caters specifically to younger guests and guests that are young at heart. Parents often appreciate the "all-in-one" aspect, where kids can stay engaged with activities for hours while the adults can relax nearby. Massive Arcade (The Midway): The floor is packed with hundreds of the latest video games, life-sized versions of mobile classics, and traditional carnival-style games where kids can win tickets for prizes at the "Winner's Circle." Kid-Friendly Menu: Beyond the gluten-free modifications previously mentioned, the kitchen offers a dedicated "Kids Menu" featuring approachable favorites like cheeseburgers, crispy chicken tenders, and macaroni and cheese. Interactive Atmosphere: The venue is designed to be loud and vibrant, making it a "no-stress" environment for parents of active children who might find traditional sit-down restaurants too restrictive. Safe Multi-Tasking: Families often visit during the day or early evening to take advantage of a more relaxed pace, allowing kids to roam the gaming floor safely within sight of the dining and sports viewing areas. The food was surprisingly top-tier for an entertainment hub; the wings and burgers were fresh and delicious, and the cocktail menu has some really creative options, including several different vegetarian and gluten-free options and other highly customizable dishes to meet diverse dietary needs. What truly set this visit apart, however, was the service. A HUGE shoutout to Manager Richard, who went above and beyond to ensure our group was taken care of. He was professional, incredibly attentive, and clearly takes pride in how the floor is run. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and dedicated to the guest experience, but Richard made us feel like VIPs from the moment we walked in. Whether you're here for a high-tech round of darts or just to rack up tickets for prizes, this location delivers. We will definitely be back!   Absolutely love coming here weather it be a date night, fight night, sports event or just a fun friday night with the kids. Its always great vibes from from everyone. Jason is great all around a great GM, he always has amazing energy. Michael and Richard are the absolute the best evening managers. Richard always makes sure things are running smooth, our orders are correct and we get our food in a timely manner. Michael has always been amazing every time I've come with the kids. If there was a game down he made sure the tech got to it right away and made sure we were happy with our visit. Food and drinks never disappoint except that the margherita pizza was taken off menu but we understand changes need to be made sometimes. The spinach dip, & pretzel dogs are great appetizers and if you haven't had a dessert during your visit you need to try the triple layer chocolate cake and the new banana fosters. omg amazing!! and don't forget to treat your cute hostess' Jordan, Tacori and Emily with kindness and respect; i see a lot of customers get upset when they're not able to be seated right away but these cuties do their job and have logical reasoning to have you wait; they want to give you a server and section that will accommodate your party size leaving you with a great experience like my own. Keep being great guys!!
