  Made bowl with overcooked mushy rice and didn’t even listen when ordering they were getting distracted and switching workers also ordered a quesadilla and it was uncooked the cheese and meat weren’t even cooked or warm

  Around 10:13 pm 3/24/2026, the black girl serving the food made my bowl and when I say the bowl was skimpy I mean it was skimpy. Had attitude when I asked for extra beans and barely put any cheese. I was willing to put up with that however we stood there for like 4-6 minutes waiting to get checked out while her and a Hispanic employee were just having a casual conversation. A skimpy bowl for 15 dollars and no one to even check me out. I just left the bowl and walked out. You guys want to cheap out on food well now that’s going to add more to your waste instead of just doing your job correct to begin with. I would hire new employees to be honest for the night crew. Worst employees ever

  The worst, loss of words that a place so expensive can suck so bad at a prime location. It says they close at 11 but the crew checks out at 10. Been here multiple times, I live around the corner, I drive out of the way to literally any other chipotle than this specific location and it’s better. Chipotle as whole has fallen off.

  This chipotle is trash absolutely disgusting and the customer service is even worse. We went there last week and the bowls were made very poorly and honestly my daughter was uncomfortable to even ask for ingredients because they seem so irritated while they were making the bowls so we gave them a call and instead of apologizing and trying to make it right we had to ask for a remake and we went in yesterday to get the remake, but Instead of offering the remake all of a sudden there was a timeframe on when we can get the new bowls so we just spent the money and there was a spider in my bowl. It looked just like the lettuce and honestly I’m pissed off. I tried to call to speak to the manager and the assistant manager, who clearly has zero customer service skills hung up on me I wouldn’t waste your time, money or effort at this place. They need to be shut down.

  ALWAYS delayed when ordering through the app. Terrible portion sizes, horrible customer service. Cedar and Shaw is at least on time with orders
