  When working in GA, Chick-fil-A fil a was next door. That was my go to for lunch. Now living in CA, I'm too for for daily visits. Today, it was worth the wait. I love the standard sandwich with extra pickles, and the waffle fries with Polynesian.

  I’m sure I’m not the only one who experiences quality issues here. You’d think with all the staff they have they’d make sure their drinks had syrup in it and not straight carbonation!! Not to mention the chicken was really dry. Sad experience but what can you expect from a corporate establishment. Quantity over quality here.

  Food is usually always good but I came today to buy my family something for lunch came home after a 15 min drive was eating this new jalapeño grill chicken sandwich and as I was eating it I tasted something weird so when I spit it out I found a nail in my food how disgusting and disappointing.

  Food is really good, only bad thing about it is that there is always a lot of people so it might be difficult to find seats. Overall I highly recommend it if you've never tried it before.

  I’ve been a loyal customer at Chick-fil-A for breakfast for over 4 years, and my order has always been the same: a breakfast burrito and an ice water. Recently, the app removed the option to add a simple cup of ice water to a mobile order. Now the only way to get water is by asking in the drive-thru or going inside in person. As someone who is constantly driving between stops in the morning, the whole reason I use the app is for speed and convenience. Taking away something as basic as the ability to add ice water to a mobile order makes the experience more frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. It’s disappointing to see such a simple and common request removed from the app after years of being a regular customer. Chick-fil-A is known for its convenience and customer service, but this change makes the mobile ordering experience noticeably worse. I hope the company reconsiders and brings back the option to add ice water to mobile orders, because small changes like this make a big difference for customers who rely on the app every day. Till then I will sadly will be going else where.
