- ISIrvin S.Mar 13, 20262.0I like Baskin-Robbins in general, but this location can be pretty inconsistent. A few times the ice cream tasted like it had been sitting for a while, and they’re frequently out of certain cones even during normal hours. The bigger issue though is the professionalism. On multiple visits I’ve seen employees hanging out in the back area with the door wide open, sitting on each other’s laps and flirting instead of focusing on customers. It honestly made the environment uncomfortable and felt pretty unprofessional for a place serving the public. I’m not trying to be harsh, but management should probably pay more attention to what’s going on during shifts. The brand itself is good, but this location could definitely improve.

The man that helped ua was so patient with my kid. She had trouble deciding which one and had fun trying almost each flavor. The strawberry cheesecake and grahmy is a winner so divine and nit too sweet loved it thank you. So good the camera didnt get a picture.

I hope they put her design on the website and give her a Christmas bonus. She was so humble, kind, and sweet. I love people like her. Happy Holidays!!! 😊 This cake is truly special because my son has Autism and absolutely LOVES penguins and ice cream. Our yearly tradition is to get an ice cream cake from this location, but she definitely went above and beyond with this one. Thank you so much Andrea.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
