  I recently visited Porto Peri-Peri in Fremont, and unfortunately, this experience was disappointing compared to my previous visits. Starting with the sides, the fries were cold and overcooked, which made them hard and not enjoyable. The coleslaw had an unpleasant smell and didn’t taste fresh—it also wasn’t properly chilled. The peri-peri sauce bottles on the table didn’t seem well-maintained, which was a bit off-putting. The rice was dry and cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while. The biscuits also didn’t match the quality I remember from before—they felt below average this time. The only item that stood out in a positive way was the corn, which was fresh and tasted good. Overall, this visit didn’t meet expectations. I’ve had better experiences here in the past, so I hope they improve their food quality and consistency.

  The food was on-point, as usual. The staff ensured that I received an equivalent dessert since they were out of the one I ordered

  They serve the spiciest chicken i have tried in America. As a spice lover the chicken and rice combo with spice level hot and above is just 10/10. The cherry on top is they are halal. Must try if you love spicy food

  I wish that had another location closer to Sacramento so I don't have to drive out to Fremont. Food was delicious, friendly staffs.

  There was a COCKROACH on the seat while waiting for our food. This was a serious safety and health issue, the cockroach was crawling all over the seat annd crawled on a random guys back and I definitely would not recommend going here that was such a terrible experience.
