    I should read comments before ordering. I don’t think this is what I ordered. Definitely no extra. Besides, I ordered meal of the day few days ago, which added the largest drink. Then I got the smallest one! If my memory is right, no extra, too. Unbelievable! Oh, I paid for double protein, then I got regular. Is this how you earn money?

    Horrible experience at this location. I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and when I got there my order was not ready. They were busy so I understand but when it was my turn the lady that helped me was so rude. I asked her for my order and she said it was not made yet. When I placed my order online, I specifically picked my bread and what I wanted inside my sandwich when she started making my sandwich she asked me what I wanted inside of my sandwich I said shouldn’t it be on the receipt but she said no then handed me receipt and my instructions on how I wanted my sandwich were on there. She was rushing to make my sandwich that she didn’t even notice it was a foot-long and she made a 6 inch. I said where’s the other half of my sandwich she said you only ordered a 6 inch I said no I didn’t. I ordered a foot-long then she made me another foot-long. She didn’t even apologize when she made the other sandwich. She gave me the wrong bread and didn’t put everything that we asked for inside our sandwich. One of the sandwiches we made a meal so I grabbed my chips and a bottle of water and she was trying to charge me for it. I said wait, I already paid for this. She clearly didn’t read the receipt order. We did not get napkins. Horrible experience here. Bad customer service. I will never go to this location again.

    I wanted details as to who the manager is of the pace to report the incident. The lady of respectable age had gotten my order wrong where the bread wasn’t toasted. Firstly she said your ordered has been made since long so it doesn’t stay toasted for long, upon showing her the unmelted cheese she fixed her mistake. When I asked her to make me a new one she said since it’s a discounted sandwich I can’t remake it and I offered her to pay $4 difference that affected her precious store, she declined. Upon reviewing subway polices they have to make me a fresh one but she lied to me, as a customer I do not expect such treatment when I am a repeating customer.Instead of making me a new one she put on her gloves stared dismantling the sandwich with her hands and gave me the same sandwich messed up.She took items out using her gloves to fix the mistake she made. Upon asking for the store manager she told me she cannot reveal that to me. Heneforth me writing this review. I won’t be coming here again. They don’t know what customer service means or how to treat their customers without lying to them. All she had to do was apologize for but I guess her ego is too big for that.
