- SSShruthi Sukumar1 day ago3.0Actually like their bagels a lot, but they lost a customer today. Walked in with another customer and stood in line for 5 minutes. Store was relatively empty compared to their usual chaos so they definitely saw us. Zero acknowledgement of our presence. When I tried to get someone's attention they dismissed me saying someone will help in the most condescending way. Good luck retaining customers.

That kind of service — going out of your way for a customer when you technically don't have to — is rare and worth calling out. If you're in the area and need a solid bagel fix, give Noah's a shot. The food is good, but the people behind the counter are what will bring me back.
