- JSJonathan SibalNov 15, 20251.0Customer services is non-existent here. This Subway is poorly managed: No trash cans in sight, no hand sanitizers, terrible customer service and so-so food. So I placed my order for a turkey footlong meal and requested to have utensils with it. They forgot to put napkins and the utensils. When I asked for utensils, I was flatly told that they will only give it if I either ordered a soup or salad. A very cheap Subway run by very cheap people.

This is the only location I’ve heard that at . My son has food allergies . Doesn’t make any sense that I can’t choose what he has on his sandwich. A simple mayo/mustard and chicken is too much to ask I guess . Rude lady, weird “rules” .
