I checked in the documents, there's no such policy. I wonder why do you do such things. If I wanted to pay with credit card, would've just got in self checkout! JUST HATE IT. The staff here were too focused on shelves and pricing to even notice that they were customers around them. Parking lot is difficult to find a spot I went around 11:00 a.m.

Not enough cashiers for this size store in my opinion, I usually have to go to self-checkout, there are some great deals if you have the Safeway 4U app it's even better. I look for markdowns in the clearance racks in the back, and manager specials in the meat and seafood departments, some amazing deals there sometimes!

Waited for 15 minutes and they kept ignoring me, pretending to be working in the back. They walk around and then make themselves look busy. They are the laziest I’ve ever seen. Safeway should fire and replace all of them, including the store manager. I’ll drive ten miles to avoid going there again.
