I have been disappointed with many panera’s except for this one. Thank you for the staff to making what we are asking exactly!

Every now and then when I'm feeling a little under the weather I go there for a nice hot bowl of soup and a sandwich.

This Panera Bread had great food, but there some issues that need to be addressed. First, the salad I ordered did not come with vinaigrette. That's not a big deal, but I asked if it was on the food before walking away, and I was told it was on the salad. It wasn't.
This restaurant is also quite dirty, with pieces of trash on the floor and tables. There are numerous spots on the wall near the back that are just big white splotches on the wall.
Lastly, this Panera thinks it's okay to put the restrooms behind a cypher lock. This isn't okay, because it stops people from using the toilet in an emergency. This is the kind of BS they pull in Europe, not in the US. What's next? Charging to use the restroom like they do in London? The pin is 96325. You're welcome.
