All of my order was wrong and a lot of the food was also cold and there was special order for a double cheeseburger and everything was on there when my kid can’t eat mustard because he’s allergic. I called in the next day And explain to him the situation they did not want to help me and they were giving me attitudes on the phone And hanging up on my face When all I said was, I want my order remade and fix properly for what I paid for and I have the receipt But they kept pushing it further and acting like I’m a nobody I don’t understand So whoever comes to this McDonald’s be careful because they’re all very rude selfish people and make the food horrible

This McDonald’s has been a regular stop along with the Grimmer location for as long as I’ve lived in Fremont. It’s disappointing to be charged for items we didn’t receive and the experience felt unfair. This will be the last time we visit the Fremont Blvd location.
