Even though they still had chicken available, the staff was rude and told me they were already closed. I won’t be coming back and do not recommend this place due to the poor customer service.

The downsides are that they don’t have real fries, only wedges, and the large mashed potatoes really did not have enough gravy. The sauces are also extra. Their biscuits are one of the best, though, with honey baked in, hitting that perfect flaky / crumbly biscuit texture. The location is a bit weird, being inside a gas station. The wait can get long (~25 minutes) if they have to fry more chicken, so call and order ahead for pickup.

The food is not cooked and it was cold even after my husband waited 20 minutes for them to get it “ready”. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
