The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, acting like customers were an inconvenience rather than their job. There was no basic courtesy or respect when asking about my order. On top of that, the order was very late, with no proper explanation or apology. What’s worse is that the employees didn’t seem to care at all about the delay. If you’re running behind, at least communicate instead of being dismissive. Customer service matters just as much as food, and this store fails badly on both fronts. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone who values their time or expects basic respect.
