  The staff here are rude and rush you even when no one else is in line. They don’t care to explain new menu items when asked and skimp out on everything even the free items. When I came here around 3pm they were out of everything of almost everything and didn’t bother refilling.

  Terrible experience on Saturday mornings. There's a long line waiting at 11.30am and they aren't open. They're making online orders inside but don't bother telling customers if they're having issues. Not ever gonna step in this branch until I hear it's fixed. Pathetic way to treat your customers like this.

  This is a serious concern for vegetarian customers. At many Chipotle locations, the meat section comes first and the vegetarian ingredients (like beans, fajita veggies, guacamole, etc.) come afterward in the same assembly line. During bowl preparation, spoons and gloves often touch meat first and then move to vegetarian ingredients. This creates a risk of cross-contact, which is especially concerning for strict vegetarians and for people who may have meat allergies or dietary restrictions. It would be helpful if Chipotle could consider either a vegetarian-first section, or a dedicated vegetarian preparation area to avoid cross-contamination and make everyone feel safer about their food choices.
