  If I could this unprofessional, scummy, and garbage chipotle store a 0 Id pay $1 million ten times over again just to give them a 0 again. BY FAR the most incompetent group of staff that work at this location!!!! I put my order in 25 minutes before going to pick it up and they were pushing out orders still from people in line while neglecting those that had ordered way before including myself. WE SHOULD HAVE PRIORITY!!!!! Most of us are on a time crunch such as myself and they let a doordasher take my order without double checking because the cashier wanted to prioritize people in line when I had been waiting for my order, but she didn't double check the pick-up orders and thats why mine was taken. When I asked them what happened to my order they just said to wait because they were going to remake it... This would've been another wasted 30 minutes of my time!!!!!! Cashier had a horrible attitude too when I let them know I needed them to make it ASAP. Overall very poor service. On top of this they have a habit of insulting you with the portions they give compared to all the other Chipotles I go to. Someone needs to be disciplined.

  I literally saw a worker spraying something on the table behind their food counter and all the chemical got to the food as well. Do not go here if you value your health

  I ordered online from this location twice now and while the food was good the portion sizes have dropped dramatically. Today the portion size was significantly smaller than usual with barely any sour cream, salsa, and their new Al Pastor Chicken. The burrito bowl normally fills me up but this time it did not even come close. The food eventually made my stomach upset. If this is continues, this will be my last visit to this location.

  This management is clean tidy, Making very delicious food! Particularly, The cleanness of the dining hall and restrooms are very good condition they maintaining! The guacamole they making everyday morning and looks very fresh and tasty. Before, It usually looks black and shady. Overall, They maintaining restaurant with quality food and cleanness. Lastly, The food serving people in the lunch time more people are serving and there is no need to wait 30 or 40min for getting food in the queue as before!!!

  We’ve been coming to this location for years, but lately the experience has really changed—and not for the better. It feels like there are new faces every time we visit, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant now seems dull and unkept. The staff often appear unhappy, and when placing an order it sometimes feels like we’re inconveniencing them rather than being welcomed as customers. The food is frequently running low or completely out, and the friendliness that used to make this location enjoyable just isn’t there anymore. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in a place we used to enjoy visiting. At this point, we’ll likely start going to the Chipotle in Newark, even though it’s a longer drive, rather than spending time here. Hopefully some changes—perhaps new management—can bring this location back to what it once was.
