  I had a really frustrating experience at Chick-fil-A this morning. I placed a breakfast order for curbside pickup at 10:20 AM and arrived at 10:28. When I got there, the app didn’t give me any option to check in or notify them that I had arrived. I went inside around 10:30 to let them know, and I was told there was nothing they could do since breakfast had just ended. That’s honestly a pretty terrible system—there was clearly a short window where this could have been handled, but instead the order just became unusable. To be fair, the employee I spoke with was polite and apologetic, and even offered to switch my order to lunch, which I appreciated—but that doesn’t fix the underlying issue. This situation could have easily been avoided with a better curbside check-in process or a bit more flexibility around the cutoff time. Really disappointing experience overall.

  The dining area was pretty quiet for the afternoon, so I grabbed a booth and ate without any rush. Staff at the counter asked if I needed sauce when I walked in, which was a nice touch

  I like Chick-fil-A. I do. But tonight, I met a stubborn young man at the drive through who ignored me, took on other cars to move into another lane, took their orders along with another girl Kelsey and then he came over to me. I told him I did not like what he did. He lied and said he had motioned me to go to another lane, which he didn't and which I couldn't anyway cause I was already in the lane and not willing to jump a curb. All I wanted was for him to acknowledge and say I'm sorry. He refused. Then he proceeded to lie to Kelsey and moved to another different lane. So I told poor Kelsey that I wasn't going to move until he apologized. She said she cannot make him apologize. I felt bad for the poor people behind me, so I swallowed and moved through the drive through without ordering. The one at the counter then asked me for my name. I told him I didn't order cause the young man back there was being stubborn. The guy basically flicked me off. What the heck is wrong with this Chick-fil-A?!?!? I will never ever visit this particular spot. A heathen Pagan filled with rage would have treated me better.
