Customer service is terrible. Never have enough cashiers. Shopping carts are junk, even the new ones. You try to push them and they go left or right. For the prices they charge they need to get their shit together.

Management is horrible. I bought some potato wedges and ribs and the ribs were cold and the wedges were over cooked hard. I brought them back and they refused to exchange them ... Never again

i’m only giving this a two because it’s one of my only choices around here and most of the employees are nice. This is about an older cashier with long grayish hair and bangs.
We were there on Sunday afternoon, 12/7. We had a lot of groceries so I let a man in front of us that only had 2 items. When she was finishing up with the man before him, he placed the 2 items on the conveyor belt in front of ours. (it was tylenol and another small box of medicine). She aggressively said ‘ you need to wait. I’m not done yet.’ and then shoved the items at him. He and I looked at each other like what is going on then she finally helps him and is rude to him the entire time where I even turned to him and in Spanish said, I don’t understand this and he said neither do I. It was so hateful and seemingly racist and I can’t believe in a town that has such a high Hispanic population that she would treat somebody like this. When it was our turn, she was pleasant as anything. Making small talk, laughing, smiling. I was so disgusted and it makes me never want to shop there again. If I could find my receipt I would report her straight to the manager.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Why do they even advertise a fully cooked turkey and when you go to order it the people won’t tell you it’s not fully cooked, and they will never mention that the turkey they’re actually selling you is completely frozen and not cooked at all. What a huge waste of money and time thinking we would have a fully cooked turkey meal bought at our local grocery store. I would never buy a so called fully cooked turkey meal here again and I would advise everyone else not to do so as well avoid the disappointment.
