  Cold fries, attitude from the girl at the counter because she forgot about my drink attitude when I brought the cold fries back. Oh yeah and they charge 55 cents per packet for sauce.

  Horrible! Hice una orden en línea por la cual tuve que esperar como media hora para conseguirla. No había forma de que se confundieran porque la orden estaba super clarita, super bien especificada… Pues bien, salí del lugar y cuando me disponía a comer veo que de las dos hamburguesas que pedí ninguna fue servida como yo la pedí. Solo tiré mi dinero a la basura e hice un coraje tremendo. Neta no lleguen aquí. No acostumbro consumir Wendy’s muy seguido y gracias a esto ahora empiezo a odiarlo 😑 estoy lo que le sigue de molesto 🤬🤬🤬 terrible, terrible, terrible. Nunca lo recomendaré 👎🏼 gracias por tan lamentable servicio! Gracias por arruinar mi noche! Gracias por nada!

  My husband and I felt it was necessary to submit a negative customer satisfaction survey for this location due to receiving two orders that were missing items and sub-standard customer service when we returned to the restaurant to retrieve them. We had requested a call back for this experience and within 24 hours a general manager was in contact with my husband and made great effort to apologize for our inconvenience and for the not-so-customer friendly interaction with the employee that assisted him. I appreciate that they actually considered our survey and took the time to contact us and did a great job of ensuring that we weren’t left with such shameful experience. We go this restaurant often since there aren’t very many options in our neighborhood, and it was the first time we had an issue to this degree there. There have been less significant problems, but this one was more impactful. We seriously considered not returning, but now that we have been shown that we as customers matter and our experiences matter, we will give them another chance.
