  Went to pizza factory today to get there slice special. The pizza in glass display had a few slices. The guy with gold necklace wasnt friendly and instead of giving me the slices that werent burned it looked like he purposely chose burnt ones. The pizza tasted old and rough. I used to love this place and always took my granddaughter, but after today i am done. I will never go there again.

  If I'm utterly disappointed I pull no punches, I've spent a lot of time eating out due to a busy schedule. Now that I have more time on my hands I hardly ever eat out,go figure.🤷 Let me start off by saying that the staff working tonight were polite, welcoming and they were working hard. It's good to see young people taking their job seriously. I'm very picky about pizza🍕 I don't like my crust too crispy so I asked for my pizza to be taken out 1 to 2 minutes early and the crust was to my liking. I got no attitude and no funny looks. Professionalism and exceptional customer service at it's finest. Here's my problem with chain restaurants, they are too routine, the dough was missing a pinch of sugar and maybe some garlic and onion powder. I'm sure that's for a reason ( allergies 🤧) the veggie toppings were fresh and that's a good thing! Salad bar fresh! Let's talk about the cheese.. with the dough/ crust being slightly underwhelming don't skimp on the cheese please! 🤷 here's where I emphasize quality.. add a bit more cheese 👊😎 The sauce: I didn't leave with excruciating acid reflux. Points there! Beer selection: my advice, you have 4 taps, one domestic, one import ,2 craft. The blood orange you had on tap is a good choice that pairs well with pizza. 805 is not craft.. rotate that swill 😉🍺 Blah blah blah.. In closing, I saw a lot of to go sandwich orders, I gotta try them! This was my first time at pizza factory and I was not disappointed. Extra gold star 🌟 for the crew you had today around 4pm. 👊😎🍺
