  I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I stood in line for 15 minutes without being acknowledged while the employee focused entirely on mobile orders. I even left to go to a nearby store and came back, and still nothing—no greeting, no “be with you in a minute,” nothing at all. I understand places get busy, but completely ignoring an in-person customer for that long is unacceptable. At the very least, acknowledge people who are standing right in front of you. I ended up leaving without ordering. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

  I got a chicken wrap yesterday here, & when I first entered there was an older man working behind the counter he was a bit rude. I didn’t get his name but I have the timestamp and the order number of what I ordered. After I got my food and I left, I ate the wrap and suddenly I felt the urge to use the restroom asap! I felt kind of funny, but as the day went on, my body started to ache and I started getting nauseous , my intestines felt like they were being twisted inside of me , I ended up throwing up six times the WHOLE NIGHT i stopped at 4AM & had the worst case of you know going to the bathroom. It was nonstop! Mind you, this is the only thing I eaten all day. Im doing a fast, its a one meal a day :/ ive been doing it for 2 months already soo I knew instantly it was that , because after I ate it, I started having all these symptoms. It was so terrible. I wouldn’t wish this type of food poisoning on anyone ://

  Really enjoy this delicious meal, always have come here as a high school student till now in college, this is one my to go food to get, very nice !! Greatttt customer service !!
