Between the mobile app getting stuck in the middle of paying, the busyness inside the confusion with the kiosk and lack of assistance from staff inside, it's a disaster if you're in a hurry. This is why we go to McDonald's... we're in a hurry, right! The app said not to close it, the person that tried to assist told me to turn off my Bluetooth and connect to the McDonald's Wi-Fi, which didn't make sense to me, but I did it. Ultimately, I closed the app, reordered and drove through to pick it up. I later got an email stating that my order was incomplete and I a credit was pending and could take up to 5 days. I'm pretty sure this is related to my original order. I will watch for that and make sure there was not another charge.
Very bad staff I stood 40 mins to place the order. Its better to hire more staff. I give 1 star if there is no star then I give that one .

The truth is I don't recommend this place, bad treatment to customers, I was waiting for 30 minutes for my food, so that later they say that they had already given it to me
Why are you charging $4.29 for a cup of coffee? This is a huge rip off. Why are you using variable pricing based on the time of day? Stop ripping off people with your price gouging. Will never visit this McDonald’s again until they stop ripping off their customers.
I’m a Grubhub delivery driver and had a very disturbing and unprofessional experience at this McDonald’s around 11:45 PM. March 8 2026
The order instructions clearly said to pick up the order in the lobby and look for the McDelivery pickup signage. When I arrived, the lobby door was open, so I went inside and politely asked for the order at the counter. The order was already prepared and I could clearly see it ready for pickup.
However, the manager on duty (a female manager, unfortunately I don’t know her name) refused to give me the order and repeatedly told me to go through the drive-thru. I calmly explained that I was already inside the lobby and that the order was ready, so it would be faster and easier to hand it to me there.
Instead of helping, the manager became very rude and unprofessional. She started arguing with me, speaking disrespectfully, and making unnecessary comments. The situation escalated when she threatened to call the police for no reason and behaved aggressively. At one point she came toward me in an aggressive manner as if she was going to attack me, and I had to back away to avoid the situation getting worse.
I remained calm the entire time and only asked to pick up the order so I could complete the delivery. Because the manager refused to release the order, I had to contact Grubhub support. After explaining what happened, Grubhub customer service canceled the order.
As a result, the customer never received their food, McDonald’s lost the sale, and valuable time was wasted for everyone involved. This entire situation could have been avoided if the manager had simply followed the pickup instructions and treated delivery drivers with basic professionalism and respect.
Delivery drivers help restaurants deliver food to customers, and situations like this are unacceptable. I hope management or corporate reviews this incident so future drivers and customers do not have to deal with this type of behavior.
