Not only was the curly-haired manager completely rude to me over the talkbox while I was trying to order, also rude to me when I called because I had been waiting for 8 minutes to order without any knowledge that the machine was broken. I was not told to move my vehicle or accommodated by taking any kind of order while four other people got their food. I don't care if you were a machine is broken your job is to handle a customer in the best way possible. I hope giggling in the face of an angry customer made your whole day, curly-haired manager guy.

But if they are so disorganized by 1 person calling out, that is a huge management issue that they dont care to solve. I waited 20 minutes for them to acknowledge me AT THE COUNTER. My mobile order was placed at 8:53 am. But they never called my number, or asked if I was being helped until 9:10 am. When they did look my way, they found my order, took my bag that was ready to the back, then came out and gave it to me. It was cold. I said, this has vmbeen sitting there and it's cold. They responded with, we'll its busy and it will be another 20 minutes to remake everything. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't go here.
