  The staff at this location is amazing. So friendly and kind. I came in with a reward for a free sandwich and did not realize it had expired the day before. The manager (I think her name was Christina) honored the reward anyway. They always go above and beyond to please guests at this location. The sandwiches are always amazing, but the staff is the hero here!

  This place is under staffed. They close at 7pm on Friday, online order only and the wait is 40 mins if you go during weekdays around lunch time

  I ordered a sandwich for delivery at 12:38pm and had to call them one hour later because they didn't deliver. The response was "We don't have a driver at this time". This is the 3rd time it has happened to me. Probably the last time I order from them.

  The cashier, “Marin”?, a short haired girl with large dangly earrings and tattoos hates her job. It shows. This place is empty and she may very well be the reason. Personally if I have to interact with her I may eat elsewhere. Monotone, no pleases or thank you’s, nothin. The young man making the sandwich had a nice tone and smiled. I don’t need a lot when I pay for stuff but a poor attitude is NOT what I need. The roast beef sandwich was good but nothing special. And cold which is fine but I wasn’t offered any options at all at the register. Maybe ask if I want it toasted? Is that an option? Didn’t even ask if I wanted a combo. Oh and fix the ice machine. Ice doesn’t work so often it seems and they give cold bottle soda instead. That has to be such a big additional cost. Just replace it!?
