Really Bad Customer Service. I was there today, a younger man and another man with long hair help me but the experience was overall bad. Customer Service was so BAD! From the way they made my sandwich to the POS. Just left me paying no tip for them, almost walked away without a sandwich. One Employee was wearing earbuds. And being rude was not even happy to make my sandwich kept asking about what I wanted on my sandwich after I already had said it. But I slowed down on the second sandwich so he would get my sandwich right and rush me to tell him the veggies I wanted the was he put the condiments was bad he did that after he rudely told me that he asked me already if I wanted any sauce on my sandwich witch like it was to late to put mayo and mustard after he put veggies and he wrapped my sandwich so bad. Worst experience there even! the lady in front of us was really unhappy with the rudeness and bad customer service she told them about the bad experience, at first I didn’t understand but I sure did after I was helped.
Hope Management do something about this business, it’s always poor service and it looks like it s getting worse every time.

I went in on a Saturday evening and wasn’t greeted although I said hi. I stood there ready to order and the guy was eating and told me “you’re going to be waiting awhile” and when I said okay and looked at my options he says “you don’t have to just stand there”. He was really rude for no reason and when I asked how long do I need to wait he just shrugged. He gave no explanation and went in the back. Everything was stocked so I don’t know why he refused my service. No one else was in there.

Fresh and delicious 😋 they had plenty of fresh food out at around 6:30pm, so very good 👍

Got 2 sandwiches bread toasted but meat and cheese was cold on both. Took it back they reheated it but only thing that got hot on it was the bread not the meat or cheese. Every time we’ve ordered in last couple month something was wrong. I see a lot of new faces in there. They need to be trained better. Honestly really disappointed.
