One thing I found disappointing, however, was that because it’s delivery, the food often arrives cold. So, wanting a freshly cooked, warm steak, I visited Outback Steakhouse with my coworkers and had steak and other appetizers. Honestly, aside from the fact that the food was warm, my overall experience wasn‘t great. We needed help from the server, like getting a drink refill, but no one showed up at our table after a long wait, so we ended up having to go to the counter and ask for it ourselves.

The order desk misplaced our order so we had to wait 50 minutes. I called to inquire about whether the bar-b-q sauce recipe was changed but the person who answered was clueless and said "I dunno." $100 down the drain.

We waited for ever to get the bread. Then 17 minutes later. We got our soup nice and hot. Tho we need to ask for spoon we seen the busboy more then our server. Sad this was not what our special dinner with Gram night. Food came out warm. Not it even hot. How sad 😢 dinner service it was not busy rustrunt was eyempy and still got. Got crap service.just don't go here save ur money 💰

Available on November 10th and 11th, so Marines can have a Birthday Meal and a Veterans Day meal. I had Coconut shrimp with a baked potato, Salad, Cheesecake with raspberry for the price of a Sam Adams Oktoberfest. Lots of food and cooked perfectly. Ate in the bar and watched Monday Night football. Service was good, busy but well staffed.
