  At the drive through and its still open and the employees are inside hanging out and not taking the drive thru orders.

  Rude from the start. My husband was trying to order and the lady cut him off and ended our order for us.. how rude. Then none of our food was made correctly so we had to take off everything we didn't want from every sandwich. As a GM I would never allow my employees to be rude or disrespectful to my gust. I would never allow my employees to ignore what my customers are saying because you never know if someone has an electric allergy to something. Just the worst service ever and I will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know about my experience. I ordered over $50 worth of food...

  When someone asks for no cheese and you make the mistake of putting it on letting it melt on the patty, and removing it, thinking thats ok....its not! Some people are allergic and thats why people ask for certain things, if I didn't check my sons burger he would have ended up in the hospital. Zero stars if I could!

  This location is by far the worst I’ve ever been too. I came in today and they made me wait for my food for over 10 minutes, when they finally brought it the fries were hard and cold. So I go back to return it and get a refund and they tell me their system is down. Mind you I returned the food, so they give me a number to call instead (turns out it’s the wrong number). I go back in to speak to someone again and apparently there is no manager on site. Y’all are trippin trying to give people cold food, making them wait and still not wanting to Process a refund on the spot. Avoid this location they know nothing about customer service or how to manage a business. I will be back thought because I never got my refund !!!!
