The item they gave me is clearly a cheaper taco, but I was charged for the more expensive one. The taco I received looks like something priced around $1.49, not the one I paid about $4.49 for. The Nachos Supreme was nasty too — way too many beans, and the beef looked red, smelled like dog food, and tasted disgusting. The food looked sloppy, poorly made, and completely unappetizing. This was a waste of money and not acceptable. Very disappointing experience

He made sure my order was correct and went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days. Definitely made the experience better and I’ll be coming back because of it.
