  I would like to share my experience regarding an incident that happened during my recent visit. I was on my way to pick up my order, but due to a technical issue with the app, my order was not confirmed. When I arrived at the store and asked about my pickup order, the staff informed me that there was no order under my name. When I checked my app, I realized there had been a technical problem and the order was never completed. Since I was getting late, I politely asked the employee if it would be possible to still make my order. She kindly agreed to help me. At that time, there was another customer standing nearby who became upset, thinking that I was being helped before him. However, I was not aware whether he had already placed an order or was waiting to order, and another employee was already preparing food orders. The employee who helped me was simply trying to assist me because of the technical issue and my situation. She was not trying to ignore anyone or give me special treatment. I appreciate her willingness to help and her good customer service during a stressful situation. I just wanted to clarify the situation because there seemed to be a misunderstanding. I am really sorry for all that.
