  I ordered through the drive thru and got more ice than drink 🤦‍♂️🫩if i wanted just ice in my cup i would have asked for it , and i also got a mcgriddle instead of a mcmuffin💔

  Not open 24hrs . Need to update their hours . Went early morning to order lunch befor work only for no one to answer at intercome. Went forward and saw individuals with bags so I went back in drive thru, waited and again no one on intercome so drove up to window. Took a while for member to come to tell me no food can be make as workers still need to arrive and clock in in 5-10 mins so they said wait and come back. I waited at parking lot waited saw individuals walk in both workers and close friends of employees from the greetings I saw . After a lil I went back to drive thru only for this time some one does greet me on the intercome to say they do not have anything ready to come back in another 15mins. Please update hours and if drive thru is closed close it off .just inconvenient and I could have gone somewhere else had time been accurate on maps.

  I passed to get food during my lunch break. I made sure this place is open 24/7 if not I wouldn’t bother passing by. I waited 5 min through the drive through and even asked if there’s anyone; nothing. I went through the window and saw 4 people standing looking at a machine. I backed up to since I kinda passed it. They all vanished to hide. One girl passed and just looked at me when I wanted to simply ask if they are not doing 24/7 or at lunch break. I have no issue if it’s closed at all but it was matter of being disrespected. The fact other fast food places can tell me if it’s open or not is wild to me. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this place. Don’t recommend anybody to go here.

  Horrible service. Went around 11ish 12am and they messed up my order & the girls were not nice at all while taking & handing over the order. Only 1 car in front of me & they took over 20 minutes just to give me the food that they didn’t even make right . This has been a bad experience & do not recommend coming here for a late night snack.
