  Just wanted to make sure and employee got recognized. I didn’t get his name but it was today Friday, March 20 at 4:30 PM. The only white male working there. I believe there was a girl in the back but he was on the registers. This young man was very very patient with all the issues I was having cooling open my T-Mobile Tuesday coupon He didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience, although I was probably I walked in with my QR code ready, and unfortunately, I lost signal and it refreshed and disappeared once I was inside the store He told me not to worry he understands. It’s OK all the supporting words anybody needs to hear any single time a situation like this occur occurs I see that this specific store is only rated 3.7 on Google reviews. I’m not sure why I don’t really care to know why. I went in with my intention to purchase two classic strawberry wild. I knew exactly what flavor I was expecting. I knew exactly approximately how time this would take to obtain my drink drinks. What I wasn’t expecting is this gentleman and his patience So I’m giving the store five stars overall in hopes to get his recognition Didn’t ask his name as I said I was kind of embarrassed that my code disappeared

  Very poor customer service early this afternoon. Staff opened door from break and promptly disappeared from view after pointing to a screen for me to make an order. I couldn't find my usual drink on the screen, looked for her, called out hello, no response. Waited a bit, nobody appeared, so we left.
