I stopped in here for breakfast and ordered 2 chicken wraps and a honey butter chicken biscuit. I got not chicken on my biscuit. I tried calling the location but they do nor answer the phone.

I had to pick a different meal but get this they had to choice for me not even give me the option anyway. I wanted to cancel my order to get my money back and the worker Melanie wouldn't let me cancel it because it was going to be a problem on her end. What is the point of the app if you're not allowed to even order what you really want to eat. Very poor customer service, never coming to this Wendy's again. And they still want to get paid $20 an hour please... 😒
