I came in today and they made me wait for my food for over 10 minutes, when they finally brought it the fries were hard and cold. So I go back to return it and get a refund and they tell me their system is down. Mind you I returned the food, so they give me a number to call instead (turns out it’s the wrong number). I go back in to speak to someone again and apparently there is no manager on site. Y’all are trippin trying to give people cold food, making them wait and still not wanting to Process a refund on the spot. Avoid this location they know nothing about customer service or how to manage a business. I will be back thought because I never got my refund !!!!
