The buns were hard and crusty, the meat was dry, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours. This wasn’t a one-off mistake. This has been a consistent pattern on multiple late-night stops, and it shows a complete lack of care or quality control. I can’t speak for the daytime crew, but late-night service at this location is consistently the worst fast-food experience I’ve had anywhere. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and honestly baffling that this keeps happening. I’m leaving this review not out of spite but to get attention from management, because something here needs to change—urgently.
