The system was down and they wouldn't accept my coupon, which I specifically ordered. What I ordered because I had a coupon. Not necessarily, because that was what I really wanted but at that point I didn't want to go back. And change my order. Because there was a line of cars behind me. I asked for a ranch to which I was told I would be charged even though again. I couldn't get them to take my coupon. They wanted to charge me for a sauce. And then they gave me no receipt and had an attitude when I asked for a straw.

The drive thru person didn't provide a receipt, we asked for 2 sauces for the chicken and a ranch for the fries and was told we had to pay 27 cents for sauce. Unbelievable for a $45 order. No napkins, no receipt, no ranch and definitely not friendly service. This just goes to show why we hardly get fast food anymore and we know which Wendy's location to avoid now. We will not be returning.

My frosty was melting and finally the receipt they gave me belong to a different customer.i had to go back NC get my receipt. Totally disappointed.

Then I ordered for breakfast, they gave me the wrong food. I went up to them and told them they gave me the wrong food, even showed them my order, but they refused to give me the correct food and kept saying it was different on there side and they are in the right. I’ll just have to make a complaint online and get my money back. I always use to make positive reviews here but they have gone downhill and are rude.
