Get to the pharmacy and the tech is "working on it right now" but needs 15 minutes to put premade drugs into a bag. Call while I'm standing in front of them and the pharmacist throws me onto hold again. No line, nobody else here. Standing around chatting. Here a second time this week, waiting over an hour for my prescriptions. Avoid at all costs.

The employee (his name was Charles/Charlie) was extremely unprofessional in handling a return that I had bought from them literally 5 minutes ago. They had a $1 tea sale (I confirmed on the app and the store had signs as well), but the teas each rang up for about $4. When I tried to get them to honor their sale price (which is on their app and in store) they told me that the sale had expired and they forgot to remove the sign so they cannot honor it. I drove out of my way to get those tea that day as they were a gift for my son's school staff the next day. I had 5 teas on me and I showed them in the app it showed 1 tea for a dollar (not 10 for 10). After much back and forth, he finally told me he cannot refund it back on my credit card but he can refund me on a Vons store card (which I refused because I would not be shopping at this store ever again after this horrible experience). I returned the teas for the full price and he agreed to allow me to keep only 1 tea for a dollar. I was already very tired and had my son with me and it was 8pm so I could not go find another store - the event was next morning, so I decided to just leave but this was a very humiliating experience for me. No paying customer should be made to feel that way, especially when our family spends so much at this store every week. Sabrina checked me out and Stephanie helped me with the return (both were very nice and professional), however Charles/Charlie (I guess the supervisor) was extremely rude. He should be re-trained to have better customer service skills. This transaction took place on 10/15/25 19:00.
