It’s honestly unfortunate that the owners can’t seem to schedule or hire additional staff. Sarai was running the entire store by herself — taking online orders, in-person orders, AND answering the phone at the same time. She did the job of multiple people and still kept a great attitude. She deserves recognition and a raise, because most employees wouldn’t handle that situation nearly as well. The management definitely needs to step up and support their workers better.
