  Worst experience EVER! My order was wrong! I placed a phone order for pick up. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and BONE-IN honey BBQ wings. Once I picked up my order I check the box and noticed that they gave me boneless wings, so I went back inside to let the guy know. He pulled up my order and told me no you ordered boneless, I told him no I didn’t the lady over the phone asked me twice and I told her twice that I would like bone in. The guy told me it would take 12-15 minutes for him to make them. I told him I couldn’t wait because my lunch break is only 30 minutes so I asked for my money back. He told me he couldn’t give me my money back he could only give me a store credit and that I had to wait until 2:30pm for the store manager. I called the number back that I previously called to place the order to let them know what was happening and all they did was transfer me to the store. Mind you the restaurant is dirty and kind of sketchy. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I feel robbed. I didn’t get a refund or wings I have to wait until 2:30pm.
