  Have not been to a Panera in awhile, but it's butternut squash soup season! So good!! Also had the Mediterranean grain salad, also great. Broccoli cheddar is always a good choice too!

  Order was missing a french baguette, went back into the store and asked the employee at the pickup station, he said “let me check” in a very reluctant way, then proceeded to rudely take my receipt, then grabbed a half piece of baguette looking like it’s been hand torn apart roughly(not like what it usually looks like at Panera bread), then he threw it in my bag directly without putting it in a separate bag first, and with his bare hands as well, then moved on with his tasks. I understand working in the service industry can be frustrating as I myself do, but I was asking very nicely and thanked him before and afterwards as well, there’s no need for rudeness.

  Food always very good and consistent. Hearty warm soups, toasty sammiches. Was hoping for more cheese on top of my French Onion soup. A small dollop in the middle is not French Onion! LOL. Server nice, friendly and informative. Pricing very reasonable for California.

  This is our local Panera that we've been to a dozen times. However this was the first time we did a pick up order, won't do that again. The order was accurate and on time, but the bread on my bacon turkey bravo was legitimately stale and just fell apart.
