    Food always very good and consistent. Hearty warm soups, toasty sammiches. Was hoping for more cheese on top of my French Onion soup. A small dollop in the middle is not French Onion! LOL. Server nice, friendly and informative. Pricing very reasonable for California.

    This is our local Panera that we've been to a dozen times. However this was the first time we did a pick up order, won't do that again. The order was accurate and on time, but the bread on my bacon turkey bravo was legitimately stale and just fell apart.

    Stopped in here one time. Never again. I came in just before closing. They close at 9 and it was not 9pm yet. The doors were open. Went up to the register. I had a hour drive at least in bad traffic heading up cajon pass. Just wanted something to drink and pastry or something to help keep me awake. Wasn't looking for anything that needed prep or cooking. I was told they are closed. I showed him the time. He just refused to help me and not even try to take care of a customer. Left a horrible taste in my mouth for this location and this company. Remember I said I stopped here just once.
